This Privacy Policy explains how Peerbridge Health, Inc. (“Peerbridge,” “we,” or “us”) collects and uses information from visitors to our website at peerbridgehealth.com (the “Website”).

Note: This policy does not cover health data from the Cor MDx™ cardiac monitor or the Peerbridge Health App. That information is Protected Health Information under HIPAA and is governed by our App Privacy Policy and your healthcare provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices — see Section VI.

When you contact us, request a demo, or sign up for updates, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, organization, phone number, and the contents of your message.

We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including HubSpot and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (see Section IV).

V. Health Information & HIPAA

Peerbridge Health provides prescribed cardiac monitoring through the Cor MDx™ device and Peerbridge Health App. Information generated through that monitoring is Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is not collected through this Website. We handle PHI as a Business Associate under agreements with the prescribing healthcare providers. For details, see our App Privacy Policy and your provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices.  

VI. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through the Website, including encryption of data in transit over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

VII. Children's Policy

This Website is intended for a general and professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Website from children under 18. Information about minor patients enrolled in a monitoring study is handled as PHI under HIPAA, not through this Website.

VIII. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Your continued use of the Website after an update takes effect constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
